Run Day 11
Running today was better than Monday.
5 min warm up walk
3 min run
90 sec walk
5 min run
2.5 min walk
3 min run
90 sec walk
5 min run
5 min warm down walk
I was doing really good, I made it most of the way through the first five min run. Then it comes. Mommy I potty, I potty. I manage to get him to hold it until we finish the running portion. I pause the program and stop to let him pee on a tree. Off we go again. At the end of the three minute run we have made it further than we have before. I stop for a second to regain my breath and drink some water. There is no way 90 seconds would have been enough time before doing a five minute run. Thankfully while I am stopped I potty I potty. Great a few extra seconds. I know he doesn't really have to pee he just went but I really wanted the extra time to recover. We finish the workout. Play at the park for a few minutes and watch the fish. We will see what Friday brings.
