August ABS Challenge
I am going to go ahead and post the August abs challenge. When I started challenging myself by building up my workouts, I did both the abs and burpees challenge at the same time. Do one set of burpees, then do the abs challenge, and then do your other set of burpees. On days I had 3 sets of burpees I would do the sit ups and crunches after the first set, and the planks and Russian twist after the second set. This is an easy way to build up your workout routine. Don't wait until August Start NOW.
