Run 16

I was so worried that I was going to have to run for more than 20 minutes today. Thank goodness it was not.

5 min warm up walk
5 min run
3 min walk
8 min run
3 min walk
5 min run
5 min warm down walk

The eight minute run was a little tough today but I pushed through it and finished it out. This week is three different runs again. Waiting to see what Wednesday will bring.
