Run 10 Again

Last week I did not do my third run. The two runs I did last week I took longer rest/walk breaks then I was suppose to. Thus, I am doing week 4 runs over again this week.

5 min warm up walk
3 min run
90 sec walk
5 min run
2.5 min walk
3 min run
90 sec walk
5 min run
5 min warm down walk

I actually did really good this time. I did stop at the 2.5 min walk to help a turtle across the path and in to the woods. This plus the bikini body burpees challenge I should start seeing a drop in my waist line soon.
