Run 11 Again

So I think I did really good this time. My plan was to not take an extra long break. DS5 thought otherwise. We had to stop for a quick pee on the tree. We did make it further so I am able to keep a faster pace during the runs. Need to do this one more time this week so I can move on to week 5 Monday.

3 min run
90 sec walk
5 min run
2.5 min walk
3 min run
90 sec walk
5 min run
5 min warm down walk
