Bikini Body Challange Update

I haven't had time to write a complete post about how the bikini body challenge is going. This is what I have been doing. With beginning running and doing this challenge my legs get really tired. I would rather save them for running than burpees at this time. I will continue to update the burpees on the workout page when I am able to do them. School is out in three weeks. I will have to move running to the evenings. Thus, I should be able to do burpees in the morning.
