Bikini Body Burpee Challenge

I am not ready for swim suit season. So, I will now be adding the bikini body one month burpee challenge to my workouts. Started today. It is always a good day to get up and start moving.

2 Sets of 15
Burpees
(no pushup)

First set was good. My speed is a steady movement, but I'm not fast at all. Heart rate still got up. Second set I could really feel it and had to talk myself thru the last few.
