Run 17
Great run today. Very challenging. I knew I could do it because last Friday I ran for twenty minutes straight.
5 min warm up walk
10 min run
3 min walk
10 min run
5 min warm down walk
I have not lost any weight as of yet. I have lost 2 inches in my waist. This is about being healthier and reaching a goal not about weight loss for me. I am hoping to run a marathon in a few years. It will take me a few years to build up to it. So far this program is keeping me on track for being able to run for 30 minutes straight.
