Run Day 8

The run today was the same workout as last time
start with 5 min warm up walk
90 sec run
90 sec walk
3 min run
3 min walk
90 sec run
90 sec walk
3 min run
3 min warm down walk

It was colder (low 50's) than I like this morning. I tried to wait and let it warm up some, but their was 70% chance of rain. My choices were to run in the cold or the rain. I went with the cold and waited trying to let it warm up til 10am. Worked on breathing through my nose and speeding up my pace.
