Run Day 7

Started week 3 runs today. This makes run number 7 over all. It was pretty effortless.

5 min warm up walk
90 sec run
90 sec walk
3 min run
3 min walk
90 sec run
90 sec walk
3 min run
3 min warm down walk

This last three minutes through me for a loop. I figured it would be a five minute warm down like we have been doing for the last six runs. Hoping the easy of it will mean I can gain some pace this week.
