Rewind to week 4 run
It was recommended to me by my doctor not to workout while taking a particular medication all last week. In order to get back into running I am backing up two weeks and starting at week four again. Todays run was great. I didn't get tired or worn out until the most of the way thru the last five minute run. This means I have come along way. At the beginning of this I never would have been able to do this weeks run, and now it is fairly easy. Keep up the running.
