Fast Breakfast!
DH gets up at 5 am to get ready and leave for work. In order to make the morning faster and smoother for him without having to get up myself I do a few things on Sunday. First, lunches; chop celery, baby carrots, turkey, and banana. There are 5 containers for each, except the bananas. It only takes a few minutes to set them up in groups so he can just grab them and put it in his bag. Next, BREAKFAST, quiche and yogurt. DH is diabetic so store yogurt is not an option.
