Run 13
I know I know. I skipped run 12. After doing week 4 runs four times over two weeks I figured I could go ahead and move on to week 5.
This week is a different run each day.
Today's Run:
5 min warm up walk
5 min run
3 min walk
5 min run
3 min walk
5 min run
5 min warm down walk
About half way through the first five minute run, I needed to pee. Well the restrooms are at the park. My options are to try and hold it while running the rest of the time or run around the park until it is time for the first walk. I decide to run around the park and go pee now. It only took two laps around the park before it was time to walk. We take care of business and back on our way. This was not harder than week four runs. Still having to talk my way through the last run. Wednesday's run will be different. Waiting to see what is in store.
